But then we get up at six and I have a couple of cups of coffee and then we go for a little walk or a big walk. Sometimes it's a hike. Right now I'm really, really busy so it's like a shorter walk, but not short for like 45 minutes or something. Maybe we'll play outside for a little while and then I come back in and they're all ready to like sleep for several more hours and I get to do a bunch of work. Usually I have several meetings and then maybe I'll record some content or like do some writing or you know other types of work.
